1. How to delete it

• In the Waku phone app: open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm.
• On the web: sign in and open Settings, then Account. Press Delete account, type your email address, and confirm.
• If you cannot sign in: write to hello@automanus.io from the email address on your account. We delete the account within 30 days.

2. What is deleted

• Every memory you wrote, including forgotten ones, and the history of those memories. This includes memories a team accepted from you.
• Your API keys, and the access of every agent you connected.
• Your usage records, your reports of Waku Agent replies, and your settings.
• Your sign-in. You can sign up again later, and you will get a new, empty account.
• Your Pro subscription is cancelled before anything else is deleted. If it cannot be cancelled, nothing is deleted and you are asked to try again.

3. What stays

• A team you belong to stays. You leave it. If you are the only owner of a team that has other members, make another member an owner first; the delete button tells you so.
• An edit you made to someone else's memory stays in that memory's history, shown as "deleted user".
• The hosted Waku Agent at agent.waku.one keeps its own chat history in your own container. Account deletion does not remove it yet. Write to hello@automanus.io and we delete it.

4. It cannot be undone

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. If you want a copy of your memories first, write to us and we will send you one.
